Abstract

It is important to procure a circuit court to achieve Justice for All, considering that a circuit court is like a trial like in a court office, except that a circuit court is outside the court building. The circuit court is held with the aim of making it easier for the public to take legal steps or seek justice. The community does not need to come to the court but simply comes to the place where circuit courts are held, which is usually held in the sub-district. This is based on the Supreme Court Circular Letter No. 10 of 2010 concerning guidelines for legal aid reform within the Religious Courts. The circuit court held at the Nganjuk Religious Court is very helpful for parties who are far from the Nganjuk Religious Court office and the middle and lower class in carrying out the proceedings. The circuit court can save time and money, this is in line with the principles of maqashid syari'ah, namely hifdzu al-nafs and hifdzu al-mal.Keywords: circuit court, divorce talak, divorce lawsuit, Nganjuk Religious Court.
