Hubungan antara minat menjadi dosen dengan profesionalisme dosen tetap IAIN Sunan Ampel

This study is to uncover the relationship between the interest in being lecturers and the professionalism of the lecturers of !AIN Sunan Ampel. The sample was 50 lecturers taken using stratified random sampling. The technique of analysis was using general regression SPS program 2000 with 95% significance level (alpha=0.05). From the regression analysis, the value of F was 118.197 with p=0.000. This indicates the significantly positive relationship between the interest in being lecturers and the lecturers' professionalism.
