Ekonomi Islam: suatu tinjauan metodologi

Following the birth of post postmodernism modernism helplessness in addressing the issue of modern human life, opening up more space for Muslims to re-offer and demonstrate the existence of a methodology base on Islamic value. This prompted the Muslim intellectuals for formulate a methodological framework with methods makes "maqasid al-shariah", which led to the benefit of mankind, as the Islamic approach to science as a whole, including the methodology of Islamic economics. Islamic economic method is largely determined by discipline that followed a certain logic in order to achieve the desired goal. efforts made by Muslim intellectuals is to bring the discipline o fiqh (Islamic law) to the integral Philosophy of Islamic Law and not dichotomous, is unification with the legal aspect of moral values, so as to melt the rigidity of Islamic law and give spirit to the moral values of Islamic economy.

Menyusul lahirnya ketidakberdayaan postmodernisme modernisme dalam menyikapi persoalan kehidupan manusia modern, semakin membuka ruang bagi umat Islam untuk kembali menawarkan dan mendemonstrasikan eksistensi metodologi yang berlandaskan nilai-nilai Islam. Hal ini mendorong para intelektual muslim untuk merumuskan kerangka metodologi dengan menjadikan metode “maqasid al-syariah”, yang bermuara pada kemaslahatan umat manusia, sebagai pendekatan Islam terhadap ilmu pengetahuan secara menyeluruh, termasuk metodologi ekonomi Islam. Metode ekonomi Islam sangat ditentukan oleh disiplin yang mengikuti logika tertentu untuk mencapai tujuan yang diinginkan. upaya yang dilakukan oleh para intelektual muslim adalah membawa disiplin fiqh (hukum Islam) ke dalam Filsafat Hukum Islam yang integral dan tidak bersifat dikotomis, penyatuan dengan aspek hukum nilai-nilai moral, sehingga mencairkan kekakuan hukum Islam dan memberikan semangat kepada nilai-nilai moral ekonomi Islam.
