Abstract - The implementation of Supply Chain Management (SCM) is very helpful for companies in processing raw materials to the distribution of goods. This can affect inventory levels, and cycle times. This purpose of the study to model the procurement process in the Muslim industry home industry group so that tambourine production income can be increased. Data collection and processing is done by interviewing people involved in the Moeslim Gresik Group's Home Industry. The aim is to obtain an overview of the activities of the business entity in knowing the problems associated with the application of SCM. The problems that exist in the Moeslim Group Home Industry are in the selection of suppliers, and storage of goods in warehouses. This problem is analyzed and produces a significant increase each year. The results of the analysis were simulated using Anylogic 8.5.1 Professional. The SCM simulation in the Moeslim Group Home Industry simplifies the business processes contained in the home industry.
