Abstract
This article discusses about the education of Muhammadiyah. The specialization of this study is synergy to realize point of view of Muhammadiyah on education. Based on research of literature, discovered six points of view of Muhammadiyah on education. First, the education of Muhammadiyah must become media in order to teach the concept of progressive Islam (Islam Berkemajuan). Second, the education of Muhammadiyah must become path of the enlightenment movement for the ummah. Third, the education of Muhammadiyah must give guarantee to realize the Theology of al-Ma’un (al- Ma’unism). Fourth, the education of Muhammadiyah must be pioneer for education of multiculturalism. Fifth, the education of Muhammadiyah must combine sincerity and professionalism values. Sixth, the eduation of Muhammadiyah must become media of religious proselytizing and forming of cadres, special for the student. In order to achieve the prespective, the institution of education of Muhammadiyah must involve stakeholders, specifically institute of higher education of Muhammadiyah (perguruan tinggi Muhammadiyah, PTM). PTM can become Muhammadiyah's schools as school offounding.
