Abstract

The conclusions of this study are as follow. First, Islamic Law text and Islamic law ideas are inseparable for the latter are taken from the former. There are two kinds of Islamic law texts, i.e. the main texts and the clarification texts. The main texts include al-Qur'an and al-Hadith, whereas the latter cover Filth book texts, fatwa texts, constitution texts, and trial judgment texts. As a consequence, Islamic law ideas are also of two kinds, viz. the primary ideas consisting of those in al-Qur'an and al-Hadith, and clarification ideas in the previoesly mentioned claarification texts, this study, however, is focused only on primary texts and primary ideas. Second, concluding Islamic law ideas from al-Qur'an and al-Hadith requires a method of studying Islamic law ideas based on two phases, namely: first, trading the verses and al-Hadith related to the discussed topics, and second, analysing the verses and al-Hadith texts focusing on law target, law object, law predicate, tine and place settings, reward, punishment, law goals, and any additional relevant information.
