Pemahaman Linguistik dalam persidangan di Pengadilan Agama Kota Probolinggo

In this millennial era, the role of language (linguistics) is very much needed as a means of communication and interaction to create an understanding of the harmonious, meaningful correlation between a speaker and a listener. In its development, language constantly changes either structurally or massively. In solving a case, the role of language (linguistics) has a significant role so that people involved in a suit can understand the essence of the meaning of the language used by a court in Court. If not, it will reduce the alignment of the aims and objectives to be achieved by the disputing parties in Court. There are several obstacles to this linguistic communication at the Probolinggo City Religious Court, including the lack of understanding of a witness regarding the questions/statements in the trial. That is a risky situation within the Court because understanding language plays an essential role in making decisions.
