Abstract
Supply Chain Management is an important component as one of the factors supporting the company's success in facing business competition. Therefore, to find out a supply chain can run as expected, one way is to measuring the work of the supply chain. Writing this article aims to determine the performance measurement system using the SCOR method approach, find out the resulting solutions from implementing the SCOR method to improve supply chain performance, and conduct an analysis of the effectiveness of the SCOR method in measuring supply chain management performance. The data collection method used literature study and the method used was literature study, while the type of data used was secondary data. The results showed that the implementation of the SCOR method is a fairly effective measurement of supply chain performance measurement tools.
